Great question! Most folks who have started a business have felt this way.

The key to me is test it.  Start with testing it in small ways to see if this something that can go from making the money to cover brunch with friends to covering your mortgage?  

Could you do a pop up shop?  A maker's/famer's market?  Can you host a workshop?  Try things out and see what effectively moves your product and what doesn't. 

You'll also see literally which products are moving, which are not, and you can get an idea of if you need to cut something or lean in more to an area. 

You'll literally never know if you don't give it a go, so build up your inventory and try!!
