ABOUT ERIN
I BELIEVE IN DREAMERS
A business starts with a dream - a wish - a desire to make something better.
When you're a solopreneur, or even leading a small team, it can feel isolating to bring that dream to life and keep it alive.
I get it. I've done it.
And you don't have to do it alone.
MY STORY
I moved to New York City in 2000 with a BFA in Theatre and worked at cosmetics counters in between gigs. That work led to my doing makeup for red carpets, shoots and events.
In 2011, I started my beauty company, Erin's Faces, mixing lotions and potions in my kitchen in Queens. At the time, my husband was unemployed and money was tight — but I felt called to start my line. With no staff, no investors, just me, I went all in.
I made mistakes, learned to rebound quickly, and built a loyal client base. Over 14 years, Erin’s Faces grew from my kitchen counter into a nationally recognized, profitable business with a commercial space and a strong team.
Along the way, fellow founders began asking me for advice. I started helping friends, then local business owners, and soon realized how much I loved consulting. Today, I work with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and corporations to identify practical steps that create momentum and meaningful results.
In 2025, I sold Erin's Faces and stepped into a new chapter. Alongside my consulting work, I'm now building Gathered from the Garden, a new business centered around my longtime love of flowers. Starting again from scratch has reminded me what it feels like to have a big idea and very little infrastructure - figuring out what matters, what can wait, where to spend your time and money, and how to turn something that exists in your head into a real business.
So whether you're starting with an idea, trying to grow what you've already built, or wondering what's next after years of doing the same thing, I've probably stood somewhere close to where you're standing.
My goal? For every client to leave our sessions not only hopeful and inspired, but also equipped with clear, actionable steps that make a difference right now.
WHY I DO IT
Energizing and uncovering the possibility you have inside of you is what fires me up.
I BELIEVE
"The world needs what you have to give" Jen Waldman
There is a world of potential locked inside each of us and sometimes we just need someone to turn the key.
You don't have to do this alone.
