I have some big news – I sold my company, Erin’s Faces!
Back in April, I decided to close it – not because it wasn’t working (it was actually working better than it ever had before), but because I wasn’t lit up by it anymore. I was being pulled in two directions, coaching and Erin’s Faces, and I wanted to be fully present in the work that lights me up.
And honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
That same week, I heard from several people interested in acquiring Erin’s Faces. One of them was Ali, the founder of the clean beauty company Earth Harbor, who wanted to talk about the brand going forward.
Six months later, that conversation is official – Erin’s Faces is moving into its next chapter under the wing of Earth Harbor. They love the heart and integrity behind Erin’s Faces and want to honor what I built, which feels incredible.
As for me, I’m continuing to run my own company, Erin Williams Creative, because I wasn’t kidding when I said I wanted to focus on helping founders. Coaching beauty entrepreneurs, supporting you as you grow your brands, and creating the kind of impact that matters – all of that gives me tremendous purpose.
This whole experience has reminded me that when you make a decision from alignment – not fear – things unfold in ways you can’t predict.
And y’all, I never predicted this.
Sometimes the door you close is the one that opens everything else.
