THE THANKSGIVING CENTERPIECE WORKSHOP

A self-paced video workshop

Your Thanksgiving centerpiece,
made with grocery store flowers

Learn what to buy, how to make it last, and how to arrange it so it looks garden-grown, not store-bought.

Join the Workshop - $49

Pre-recorded video lessons, ready to watch now. Plenty of time to shop and practice before Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26.

Sound familiar?

You stand in front of the flower buckets at the store, holding some greenery and some flowers, and aren't sure they actually go together. You get home, cut the rubber bands, put them in a vase... and they look like you plopped them in a vase.

Here's the good news: the flowers were never the problem. What's missing is knowing which ones to pick, how to care for them, and how to put them together. That's what this workshop teaches.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

From the grocery store to your Thanksgiving table

What to buy. Walk into the store and know exactly which bunches to bring home, and how to swap in whatever they have that week.

How to make it last. What to do the minute you get home, so your flowers still look fresh on Thanksgiving Day.

How to arrange it. Step by step, from building the shape to layering in the blooms, for a relaxed, natural look instead of a stiff one.

Plus a PDF handout with all the details to keep.

KIND WORDS

"Your distillation of the basic information needed to create professional looking arrangements, with that beautifully presented handout and your thoughtful demonstration, has given me the confidence to start playing with all the flowers..."

MADE FOR REAL LIFE

Come as you are, leave with a centerpiece

  • Made for beginners and flower lovers alike. If you've never arranged flowers, or tried and it didn't go the way you pictured, you're in the right place. And if you already love bringing home grocery store flowers but wish they looked a little more special, this is for you too.
  • Watch on your own time. It's ready to watch now, so there's nothing to miss. Watch on your phone, tablet or computer.
  • Ask me anything. Leave a question under any lesson and I'll answer it myself (me Erin, not an AI bot 😊).

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Hi, I'm Erin

I started as a gardener. My grandmother grew poppies and peonies in Ohio, and years later I planted a cutting garden of my own in New Jersey. I fell completely in love with growing flowers and arranging them, and that's how Gathered from the Garden began.

Today I teach flower arranging, and I help people plan and grow their own cutting gardens. My work has been featured in The Spruce and Homes & Gardens.

Whether your flowers come from the backyard or the grocery store, I teach the same thing: how to choose them, how to care for them, and how to arrange them so they look natural and beautiful. I can't wait to show you.
