TERMS OF USE

Gathered from the Garden is operated by Erin Williams Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Use apply to everything you purchase or book through Gathered from the Garden, including in-person classes, demonstrations and events, in-home flower sessions, cutting garden consultations (in person or virtual), online workshops and classes, and digital downloads. By purchasing, booking, or accessing any of these, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. ONLINE WORKSHOPS & CLASSES

Online workshops and classes (such as the Thanksgiving Centerpiece Workshop) are pre-recorded and self-paced unless the offer page says otherwise. Everything is delivered online through your account on erinwilliamscreative.com. No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated.

You'll have access for as long as we continue to offer the workshop or class. We may update or improve lessons and materials over time.

You'll purchase your own flowers and supplies for online workshops and classes.

Because you receive immediate access, all sales of online workshops and classes are final and refunds are not available, except where otherwise required by applicable law. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us and we'll help make it right.

2. IN-PERSON CLASSES, DEMONSTRATIONS & EVENTS

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can't attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend - just email us their name before the event.

If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you'll be offered a spot at the new date or a full refund of your ticket price.

Some events are hosted by venues, garden clubs, or shops. When you buy a ticket directly from a host, the host's own policies apply.

What's included (flowers, materials, take-home arrangements, or a demonstration only) is listed on each event's page.

3. PRIVATE SESSIONS & CONSULTATIONS

This includes in-home flower sessions and cutting garden consultations, in person or virtual.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. We'll do our best to find a new date that works for both of us.

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your session are non-refundable, because flowers and materials are purchased in advance and your time slot is held just for you. You may still reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice.

If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, including illness or severe weather, you'll be offered a new date or a full refund.

Travel: In-person sessions are offered in the service areas listed on each offer page. Travel outside those areas may be available for an additional fee, quoted in advance.

Your home: For in-home sessions, please make sure we have a safe, clear place to work, and that pets are secured during the session.

Cutting garden consultations focus on flowers that are ideal for cutting. Erin is not a landscape designer, and recommendations do not include landscape design, construction, or installation.

4. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital downloads (such as Funny Garden Signs and printable handouts) are for personal, non-commercial use only. Because you receive immediate access, all sales of digital downloads are final and refunds are not available, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, ink, and paper.

Some products may have additional terms listed on their offer page.

5. PERSONAL USE & COPYRIGHT

All videos, text, photos, graphics, handouts, flower lists, garden plans, and other materials we provide (the "Content") are © Erin Williams Creative LLC / Gathered from the Garden, except for third-party illustrations, fonts, music, and other elements used under license from their respective owners. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any Content or intellectual property to you.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may:
• Watch, read, and use the Content for your own learning and your own home and garden.
• Download and print handouts and downloads for your own use.
• Share photos of arrangements and gardens you make on social media. (We'd love to see them!)

You may not:
• Share your login, or share, copy, record, download, upload, or redistribute videos or materials.
• Record or livestream any in-person class, session, or consultation without permission.
• Sell, resell, or give away any part of the Content.
• Use the Content to teach your own paid or free classes or workshops.
• Claim the Content as your own.

6. PHOTOS AT EVENTS & SESSIONS

We may take photos or short videos of arrangements, gardens, and events to share on our website and social media. We'll never share photos of your face or your home without your permission. If you'd prefer not to be photographed at a group event, just let us know.

7. SAFETY

Flower arranging and gardening involve sharp tools, and some techniques (such as searing stems) involve heat or hot water. Please use care, follow all safety instructions on your tools and equipment, and keep children and pets away while you work.

Some flowers and plants can irritate skin, trigger allergies, or be harmful to pets or people if eaten. Please tell us about any allergies before an in-person class or session. You're responsible for checking the flowers, plants, and greenery you use and choosing what's safe for your home and garden.

By participating, you agree that you are responsible for your own safety, and that Erin Williams Creative LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence.

8. RESULTS

Every flower, garden, store, and season is different. We don't guarantee any particular result, how long your flowers will last, what will grow in your garden, or which flowers will be available to you.

9. LINKS & RECOMMENDATIONS

We may mention or link to products, tools, or websites, including Erin's blog. Some links may be affiliate links, which means Erin Williams Creative LLC may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we use and love. We're not responsible for third-party websites or products.

10. PAYMENT

All prices are in U.S. dollars, plus any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Please don't file a chargeback without contacting us first - we're always happy to help sort things out.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All Content and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Erin Williams Creative LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the purchase in question.

12. ACCESS & ACCOUNT

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if these Terms are violated, including sharing your login or our materials.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your purchase applies to your purchase.
